Witches of Eastport

The Witches of Eastport returns! Re-started in 2023 by the Eastport ArtFests and now in partnership with EAC, this year's festival brings a dazzling array of free, all-ages interactive experiences along Water Street. We'll provide all the supplies for you to decorate a pumpkin for the always hilarious Pumpkin Derby, then join the witches parade along Water Street, followed by the Thriller line dance in the Amphitheater led by Eastport Senior Center Cardio Drummers and Girl Scout Troop 1702! The fun starts at noon downtown Eastport and ends with the Haunted Ball at the Arts Center.
Part of the Eastport ArtFests series, the Witches of Eastport has become increasingly popular with local families and the members of the greater community alike. RSVP
Schedule of Events:
Friday, October 30
5 pm: Halloween book reading (The Legend of the River Pumpkins) and Pumpkin Float at Boatload of Books
7 pm: Free showing of Hocus Pocus at Eastport Arts Center
Saturday, October 31
1-3 pm: Art Activities along Water Street
3 pm: Pumpkin Derby on Boynton X Water Street, followed by Parade of Witches & "Thriller" line dance in the Sutherland Amphitheater
7 pm: Haunted Ball at the Eastport Arts Center
