The Concert Series

During the summer season, The Concert Series presents musical concerts showcasing local talent as well as performers nationally known. Although mostly classical music is presented, there have been other notable concerts such as the 2011 Children’s Benefit Concert by Paul Stookey.

During the winter months, the Concert Series takes responsibility for the Sunday Afternoons at the Arts Center series. This series presents a variety of events including lectures and performances of art, music, poetry and staged readings. Each event is one hour long, and starts at 3 pm. It definitely makes the winter afternoons more pleasant!

Sunday Afternoons at the Arts Center programs are offered by voluntary donation. Proceeds are shared equally between the presenters and EAC ongoing program The Concert Series, which offers year-round programming is run by volunteers. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
