Eastport Arts Center's literary arts programming group, founded in 2023, hosts a range of activities, including a writing group and workshops, performances and exhibitions.

The 'Stories We Tell Festival' will be a highlight of the 2024 season, presenting five months of programming.

The Eastport Arts Center Prize for Poetry, an annual initiative which recognizes excellence in adult and youth poetry writing, is sponsored by the generous support of EAC Board member Charles "Chick" Moore.
