Open Mic Night

Calling all musicians and spoken word performers: We want you at Open Mic Night on Friday, June 19! All ages and types of performers are welcome, but are limited to 10 minutes of stage time, including remarks. Sign-ups for performers will be taken starting at 5:30 pm, and the show will run from 6-8 pm.

This lively event, presented in a casual coffeehouse-style atmosphere, has become very popular, with always some surprises ‘at the mic.’

Free admission; donations are gratefully accepted. EAC concessions will be available beginning at 5:30 pm. The Center is seeking sponsors for the monthly community event—please email info@eastportartscenter.org to inquire. A limited number of slots for performers with special needs will be reserved for sign up in advance, first come, first served, by emailing info@eastportartscenter.org (please put ‘Open Mic’ in the subject line of your request).
