Eastport Arts Center is pleased to collaborate with Capriccio Arts, the downtown Eastport studio and gallery of artist Anne Black, to offer workshops in ceramic hand-building and gelatin printing in September.
First will be Hand-built Clay with local ceramic artist Barbara Moskol, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, Wednesday, September 4. Students will enjoy experiencing the joy of hand-forming clay as they follow Moskol’s lead through the process of creating a small bowl or mug. The students’ creations will be fired off-site and returned to the gallery for pickup.
All materials are included; students should bring an apron or smock to wear. There is a limit of five students for this workshop, which has been designed for ages 18 and up. Session cost is $60…
