EAC Films: 'To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar'

EAC Films will present To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar (1995, PG-13), on Saturday, June 15, at 2 pm and 6 pm. Distributor Swank Films synopsizes as follows: Three New York drag queens travel cross-country on their way to Hollywood, but a broken-down car strands them in a narrow-minded Midwestern town, where they share makeup tips with the ladies and show the hostile men how to treat women right. Been Kidron directed the film, which stars Wesley Snipes, Patrick Swayze, John Leguizamo, Stockard Channing and Blythe Danner.

Admission for EAC Films screenings is $7. Attendees age 17 & under will be admitted free of charge to G, PG and PG-13 films, but must be accompanied by an adult. EAC Films screenings have been supported by a Maine Community Foundation Community Building Grant. EAC Films, in accordance with MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America) guidelines, utilizes the movie ratings system.
